Processing Time:
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process before shipment. This processing time includes order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Digital artworks and e-gift card orders are fulfilled immediately after checkout, please refer to our frequently ask questions for further information.  

Shipping Times:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times for standard shipping within Australia range from 5-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Shipping cost are not applicable to digital artworks and e-gift card products.

International Shipping:
Orders to all destinations outside Australia will be sent airmail via Australia Post or an International courier service.  Orders should arrive between 10-14* business days after payment has been confirmed. Please contact us if you are concerned at all regarding the shipment of your order.

Please be aware that the importation of Aboriginal Artworks into other countries may entail a duty or tax. It is the responsibility of the customer buying or receiving the goods to pay this duty or tax. You may contact the relevant Customs Office of that country to determine whether duties are payable

Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
