Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. please choose carefully before placing order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can email us at contact@kurruwarl.com or by logging into your account and submitting a request through the self-serve returns; you can always contact us for any return questions at anytime.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at contact@kurruwarl.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Kurruwarl offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:
  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
  • Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead
  • Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and digital artworks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
